Day 1: Arrival and Sarajevo city tour
Arrival and lunch at Baščaršija (old town city center).
After lunch visit to the old city center from the 15th century (Baščaršija, Gazi Husref-bey’s Mosque, Gazi-Husref-bey’s bezistan – market, Sebilj, Svrzina’s house, City Hall, Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, Latin bridge – Princip’s bridge, Morića Han, House of Sevdah, Avaz Tower).
Free time. Dinner and overnight stay in Sarajevo.
Day 2: Hiking tour (Umoljani – Obalj – Lukomir)
After breakfast departure to the olympic mountain Bjelašnica with organized transport (including short break) and continuation of trip to the village of Umoljani (1275 m). Renting the equipment and start of the hiking tour across the mountain Obalj to the highest bosnian village Lukomir. There is a legend about a dragon turned into stone in the village Umoljani. It is said that a great snake-dragon came out of the Rakitnica canyon, 3 km away from the village, and passed through the Studeni creek swaying its way with the intention to destroy the entire village and eat its villagers. When the villagers noticed the danger, they left to the Pošijak hill, praying to God to turn the dragon into stone. God heard their prayers and even today you can see the contures of this monster in the stone. Because of these prayers (molitve) this village was named Umoljani. Above the dragon in the stone there is katun settlement on Gradina where, during the summer, shepherds rest while cattle is eating. There is where we finish with the Umoljani part of our tour and start ascending onto mountain Obalj (1896 m). Through the entire tour you will see beautiful landscapes of the mountains Bjelašnica and Visočica. Further we will descend to the village Lukomir (1495 m) which is pronounced an official cultural landscape and national heritage site of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The stone houses in Lukomir covered by roof shingles made out of cherry tree, clean air, the smell of nature, homemade food, dairy products, organic food, hospitality are just a few things you can find in Lukomir, which has a following rule „Enjoy, Forget the fast-paced rhythm of today’s life, Run into the nature, Touch the sky and Feel free“.
The hiking tour is medium intensity. The tour lasts for 6 hours, depending on the tempo of movement. Dinner and overnight stay are organized in our agency’s mountain house in Lukomir. Visitors need to bring their own clothing and shoes, as well as additional clothes for change.
Day 3: Mountain-biking tour (Lukomir – Visočica – Boračko lake)
After breakfast, renting of equipment and start of the mountain-biking tour on a macadam road over the Studeni creek to the village Umoljani. After the break, we continue the tour via asphalt over the Visočica mountain to the Boračko lake, the mountain-eye of Herzegovina. Lunch is organized in a restaurant by the river Neretva. The tour lasts 7 hours, depending on the driving tempo. Overnight stay and dinner are organized at the Boračko lake.
All necessary equipment for the mountain-biking tour is provided (mountain bike, helmet, backpack and a water bottle). The participants need to bring their own clothing and shoes, as well as additional clothes for change.
Day 4: Rafting on the river Neretva (crystal-clear and drinkable river)
After breakfast, participants depart with organized transport to the starting position for rafting, Glavatičevo village. Renting of equipment, theoretical and practical preparations by our licensed rafting skippers. Rafting float to the Mali (the small) canyon and break for taking pictures and swimming. Continuation of rafting to the river Rakitnica, break for a walk around the river and lunch (different kinds of grilled food). Then we continue rafting while taking photos, swimming, jumping as the guests wish. The rafting tour finishes in Ljuta. Return of equipment and going back to the hotel. The length of the rafting tour is 23 km and it lasts 5 hours. Our licensed rafting skippers/guides are very comfortable in wild waters, especially in our river Neretva. Our team makes sure that all rafting participants are completely safe and we promise you unforgettable and fun trip. Overnight stay and dinner are organized in Hostel Stećak Konjic.
All necessary rafting equipment is provided (rubber-boat, paddles, helmets, vests, neoprene suits and boots, anorak). Participants need to provide their own swimsuits, as well as additional clothes for change.
Day 5: Hiking tour to herzegovinian Himalayas (mountain Prenj)
After breakfast, participants travel with organized transport to the starting point of the tour, Tisovica (Prenj). Theoretical and practical preparations with our licensed guide. The hiking tour towards the highest peaks of the mountain Prenj starts from Tisovica (1300 m), one of the most beautiful valleys in B&H, stretching 5 km in the heart of the herzegovinian Himalayas. From Tisovica our path leads us through the coniferous forest to the mountain house Vrutak (1650 m), on the peak of the valley Tisovica. From the mountain house Vrutak, a marked path leads uphill towards the Prenj peaks Otiš (2093 m) and Zelena Glava (2155 m), and further leads to the saddle that connects these peaks. From the saddle, we climb the Zelena Glava along the northern rock which is secured with a cord.
This one day tour lasts about lasts about 6 hours, dependent on the fitness of the team members. Hiking to the Prenj mountain is organized with short breaks (for taking photos, one meal/lunch box). The herzegovinian Himalayas (Prenj) is considered to be the most attractive mountain in B&H. Its peaks are highly exciting for hikers who enjoy the enchantment of untouched nature. Overnight stay with dinner is organized in Hostel Stećak Konjic.

Day 6: Canyoning on the Rakitnica river (the second deepest canyon in Europe)
After lunch, with organized transport, the participants get to the starting position for the tour – Dubočani. Renting of equipment, theoretical and practical preparations by our licensed guides. Further, we descend into the spectacular canyon of Rakitnica, which is one of the deepest in Europe. During the whole activity, we use swimming, diving, climbing, floating, as well as jumping into certain parts of the canyon, in order to successfully overcome the herds that Rakitnica challenges us with. Small beaches along the canyon will enable the participants to have small breaks for meals and taking photos. The tour lasts about 7 hours, depending on the number of participants and the tempo of movement. Canyoning is considered to be the perfect extreme-adventure excursion and a real challenge for everyone who wants to feel the rush of real adrenaline.
All necessary equipment for canyoning is provided (hydrospeed board, neoprene suit, helmet, vest, boots, wind-jacket, ropes), as well as two meals/lunch boxes (sandwich, juice, fruit, chocolate). Participants need to provide a swimsuit and additional clothes for change. Dinner and overnight stay are organized in Hostel Stećak Konjic.
Day 7: Herzegovina biking tour (Mostar – Međugorje – Kravice waterfalls – Počitelj – Blagaj -Mostar)
Breakfast. Departure to Mostar with organized transport and start of the biking tour to Međugorje, including tourist visit. Međugorje is famous for the Virgin Mary who was sighted there. This is now a catholic place of pilgrimage. After visit to Međugorje, we depart to Kravice waterfalls. Kravice waterfalls is a natural phenomenon similar to Niagara’s waterfalls, where the water arc wide over 150 m falls from the height of 30 m, creating a loud sound and pearl rain. Lunch, free time and taking photos on the waterfalls.
On our way back, we will visit the medieval ottoman city Počitelj, placed on the left bank of Neretva. This is the place where bosnian king Tvrtko built a fortress in 1383, conquered by Ottomans from 1471 to 1878, which is witness by numerous monuments from the ottoman era. Arrival to Blagaj, on the river Buna, medieval town of the once existing Zachlumia country, which after mid 15th century turned into today’s Herzegovina region of B&H. On the cliffs above the Buna spring is the strategically placed fortress of Herceg Stjepan Kosača, looking over the beautiful panoramic view of the Neretva valley. Departure to Mostar is followed by tourist visits of cultural-historical monuments of Mostar: the Old Bridge (UNESCO), Old Town (kujundžiluk), Kriva ćuprija, Karađoz-bey’s mosque, towers Tara and Halebija and the Museum of Herzegovina. Dinner and overnight stay are organized in Mostar

Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, guests depart with organized transport to the International Airport in Sarajevo.
